My creative space
This place has been quietly forming itself in the background of my life for almost two years — a space that seemed to be dreaming me into it as much as I was creating it.
It all began as a simple corporate rental — an apartment I stayed in during a long business assignment in Romania. Yet, when that chapter of my life came to an end, this apartment somehow stayed with me. My lease ended, the corporate story closed after nearly four years, but the space remained — like a newborn placed gently into my hands.
I took a risk and stayed. There was something about its nostalgic atmosphere, its calm light, its architecture — something that whispered stay, create, become. And I think I made the right choice. Everything that came before led me here, shaping this place piece by piece until it became what it is now.
Even when I thought about moving to another country, something kept me grounded. Circumstances — or maybe fate — postponed that move, allowing this new chapter to unfold naturally.
Today, this apartment has become my home arthouse studio, located in one of the very first buildings ever constructed in the city of Timișoara — the historic Weiss Palace.
Here I work with the play of natural light streaming through tall windows, alongside professional lighting — a 150 cm softbox, studio backdrops, and large velvet fabrics that I shape into draped textures and evolving scenes.
This page is devoted entirely to this space — the place where creation began, and where it continues to live and grow.
